Producing a top quality cup of coffee requires special care and just a little effort and no less so with Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee®.   To get the most out of your very special coffee we recommend the following steps which are quite easy and will be worth the small effort.  You've purchased equisite top quality Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee® and we want to ensure you get the best brew possible. Only use whole bean coffee.  We believe this is so important that we sell only whole bean and grind immediately before brewing.  See our section below on grinders.

There is no need to use mineral water or bottled water--in fact it will likely alter the taste of the coffee.  Normal tap water and even a simple charcoal filter like a Brita will suffice.
